POULET CONFIT AUX CHICONS ET A LA BIERE
Une belle recette d'Yvan CADIOU
Ingrédients : 1 poulet coupé en morceaux 150 g de lardons fumés 2 oignons émincés 1 c à s de cumin en grains 66 cl de bière 8 chicons 1 pomme râpée 1 boudin blanc en cubes 1 citron persil haché 2 c à s de crème fraiche sel, poivre.
